Panorama Farms - Charlottesville, VA


New Venue Alert! We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new addition to the Virginia cyclocross season! Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Virginia, will play host to this exciting event, offering a dynamic course nestled in the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Registration CLOSES 8PM Saturday - September 6th 

  • NO WALK UPS

  • NO Category adds/changes on race day 

When you register, please note:

  • Taking on multiple categories? Just $10 for each additional event at time of registration.

    • When you register, select each event you wish to enter and BikeReg will apply the discount automatically.

  • Pit bike? It's $5 for an extra bib plate for pit bikes. Be sure to select that option at registration.

  • Secondary race additions or any category changes MUST be done through BikeReg at pre-registration! 

Wait! No walk-ups?

  • That's right cupcake, you’ll need to lock it all in before the morning of - oh dear!!

  • But registration is open until 8:00 PM the night before the race.

  • We also have a no-risk registration policy.

  • Seriously, you can do this!

Racer Check-in

  • Opens at 8:30 AM and closes 30 minutes before each race.

  • Secondary race additions or any category changes MUST be done through BikeReg at pre-registration! 

Sanctioning & Licensing

  • This event is USA Cycling sanctioned under event permit 2025-TBD.

  • Racers must have a valid USA Cycling (USAC) license.

  • One-day licenses available on-site for $15 (2024 pricing).

VACX Championship & Promoters

  • If you’re a 2024 VACX Champ, don’t forget to email Dennis at dennis@rvaracing.com for your entry code and use it BEFORE registration closes.
